Kasseri Proikas was awarded the iTQi Superior Taste Award distinguishing among products from all around the world in the renowned competition of the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) in Brussels, which evaluates and rewards food and drinks of the international market.
Efrosini Proika, Export Manager of the company STAMATIS PROIKAS S.A., received the award in a motivating ceremony, which took place in the Cercle Royal Gaulois in Brussels on Monday 11th June 2018.
Influential Chefs, Gastronomists and important personalities from various countries, including Alan Coxon, Chef and British TV presenter and Ferran Centelles, Sommelier of the Restaurant El Bulli, participated in the award ceremony and the follow-up event in Théatre Royal du Parc. Mrs Eleftheria Galathianaki, the Greek Ambassador of Greece in Brussels was also present in the ceremony.
The very strict criteria according to which the products were evaluated, the particular importance of the award and the value, which it adds to the award winning product, were especially highlighted in the events.
This award is a great honor for STAMATIS PROIKAS S.A., rewarding the company management’ s focus on authenticity and excellent quality always in line with the trends of the international market and the requirements of the modern international consumer.
It is worth noting that Greece was the honored country in this year’s awards.
